1. Who we are

PVwebsites is a sole proprietorship under LWBI Nijmegen, established at Opaalstraat 19, 6534 XK Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number: 86830937. We design and optimise websites for local business owners.

2. Which personal data we process

The following data may be provided via the contact form on our website:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number or contact information
• Company name (optional)
• KVK number (optional)
• URL of your current website (optional)
• Contact preference and availability
• Content of your message

We never ask for more information than is necessary to answer your request.

3. What we use your data for

Your data is used exclusively for:

• Answering your contact request
• Sending an analysis and initial proposal
• Drawing up a quote, if requested
• Executing an assignment if you become a client

We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Contact form and enquiries

When you fill in the contact form, your data is processed over a secure connection and forwarded by email to the administrator of PVwebsites. The data is not stored in an external database unless this is necessary for the execution of an active assignment.

5. Google Analytics

PVwebsites uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how the website is used. This involves analytical cookies. GA4 is only loaded after you have given consent via the cookie banner.

Data is processed in a pseudonymised manner. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not share analytics data with third parties outside Google.

6. Retention periods

• Contact details: maximum 1 year after the last contact, unless longer retention is required for an ongoing assignment.
• Analytics data: in accordance with Google Analytics default settings (26 months).
• Invoicing and assignment data: 7 years, in accordance with the tax retention obligation.

7. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary for the provision of our services. We work with the following parties:

• Vercel Inc.: website hosting (USA, data processing agreement in place)
• Email provider (SMTP): for sending contact messages
• Google Analytics: website statistics (only with your consent)

We never sell your data to third parties.

8. Hosting and cloud infrastructure

The website is hosted via Vercel (USA). Vercel complies with European privacy law and uses standard contractual clauses for international data transfers. More information can be found in Vercel's privacy policy.

9. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your personal data
• Right to rectification of incorrect data
• Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing
